MEETING ON 24TH MAY, 2002SPECIAL RESOLUTION
The PRC sitting in its 3rd meeting today the 24th day of May, 2002 at the UPC National Headquarters, Uganda House, Kampala, Uganda received with great joy the Communication from the Party President, Dr Apolo Milton Obote in Lusaka, Zambia.
The communication, so constructive, full of sagacity, wisdom, guidance and counsel about the political situation in Uganda today, fired the members to resolve as follows:
We do hereby solemnly resolve and state that we entirely and wholly
agree to be guided by the wise and fatherly advice and bind ourselves
to act according to the advice contained in the Communication.
